Erika Crawford Thomas
Director of Education
Erika Thomas serves as the Director of Education for ABBA 4ever®Leadership Academy, where she is committed to advancing educational excellence through leadership, collaboration, and innovative learning opportunities. She brings more than 15 years of experience in education, having served as an English Language Arts teacher, Educational Diagnostician, instructional leader, and professional development facilitator.
Erika is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership at Lamar University. She also holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Education in Reading Literacy, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She is a certified Educational Diagnostician and holds Texas certifications in General Education and Special Education.
Throughout her career, Erika has remained passionate about empowering educators, advocating for equitable educational opportunities, and ensuring that every learner receives the support needed to succeed. She believes that strong educational leadership is built on collaboration, continuous learning, and meaningful relationships that inspire growth and achievement. Her dedication to mentoring others and fostering inclusive learning environments reflects her commitment to developing confident educators and helping students reach their fullest potential.
