Jacobia Solomon

Jacobia is a transformational executive with over 20 years of leadership experience driving growth and innovation across healthcare, technology, logistics, and manufacturing. She has successfully led large organizations, managing operations of up to $590M and building high-performing teams across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Currently serving as President of AMN Healthcare Language Services, Jacobia brings deep expertise in strategic growth, digital transformation, operational excellence, and mission-driven leadership. Her career has focused on improving systems, expanding access, and creating sustainable impact—values that align closely with the mission of Abba 4ever.

Jacobia holds an Executive MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington, a Master’s degree in Engineering Management, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Scrum Master.
