Throughout her career, Rhonda has demonstrated a proven ability to handle emergency situations with calmness, confidence, and professionalism. She is committed to enhancing the experience of every traveler through effective communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Her professional qualifications include:

• FAA Certified

• CPR and First Aid Certified

• Emergency Evaluation and Response Procedures Certified

Rhonda has volunteered with Abba 4ever Enterprises, Inc. for over a year, consistently showing up for the families we serve. In 2025, she was honored as Abba’s Volunteer of the Year, and now she has made the commitment to take her service even further by joining our Board of Directors.

She will be training as our Volunteer Coordinator and leading our Volunteer Committee, helping us grow and strengthen our outreach efforts.
