She brings a strong background in organizational development, operations, program development, and strategic leadership, along with a deep commitment to service and equity. Kristin is DREI certified and embodies a vision centered on improving systems, strengthening programs, and supporting long-term success.

In addition, Kristin has over eight years of international ESL teaching experience across Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Korea, giving her a global perspective and a passion for working with diverse communities.
