Vanessa Williams
Board Secretary, and Executive Coordinator
Vanessa brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and federal service experience to our organization. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English with a specialty in Technical Writing and currently serves with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission as a Senior Equal Employment Specialist. In this role, she provides technical guidance and oversight to federal agencies regarding Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) compliance, disability rights, affirmative action initiatives, and workplace equity programs.
In addition to her leadership within the EEOC, Vanessa also serves as an Outreach & Education Liaison, developing training programs, outreach initiatives, and public education efforts that strengthen awareness and access to equal employment opportunities. She has also served in a Congressional Liaison detail assignment, supporting communications and policy efforts involving Congress and the White House.
Vanessa’s dedication to advocacy, education, and public service aligns strongly with the mission of Abba 4ever Enterprises. Her expertise, professionalism, and commitment to community empowerment will be a tremendous asset to our leadership team.
